I am located in Williamsport, PA (which is in Central Pennsylvania). I have always loved everything web design, graphic design, and art in general. I knew my career needed to be in art, which led me to pursue graphic design initially. I have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and a graduate certification in web design and development from the University of Denver.

Once I received my Bachelor’s degree, I began working for an email marketing agency and learned all the ins and outs of HTML and CSS coding, leading me down the web design road. After college, I worked at various email marketing firms, freelanced a ton, and worked as a designer at a beer distributor. I came across Forge3 and fell in love with the culture they have built for themselves and their work, and here I am today!

As a Visual Designer on the Client Experience team, I aid in keeping our clients’ websites up to date using best practices within the ActiveAgency platform and approaches with the end goal in mind. I focus on user experience and getting clients to their end goal. I help build a positive and helpful post-launch client experience here at Forge3!

Working remotely for Forge3 is an amazing, positive experience, backed up with solid team support, positive attitudes, and drive to forge forward together!

Besides helping out clients during the day, I am a part-time ceramic artist. I love to create pottery pieces that can be used every day. I sell in a local shop and online at jilliaceramics.com. Other hobbies of mine include: lifting at the gym, jet skiing on my Waverunner, riding my KTM 250 SX-F dirtbike, traveling, drinking espresso, eating Mexican food, and doing home improvement projects!
