Say hello to our Operations Manager.
I have had the pleasure of being a part of the Forge3 family since May of 2019 and have been loving it ever since. I started my career with Forge3 as Content Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager shortly after my two-year anniversary. I love playing a role in streamlining operations to continue to move the company forward.
Prior to working at Forge3, I graduated from Rider University and worked for several small to medium-sized production companies as a project manager. These experiences have pushed my limits and put my skills to the test to stay organized, maintain communication with clients, and work well with my internal team. In my current position, these qualities carry over in delivering a fantastic, unique product to our clients.
Before I started working here, I applied for the position merely for the interest of the job responsibilities and the convenience of it being a remote position. What I realized shortly after was how organized Forge3 is and how well the team blends, even while working remotely. This team is comprised of a great group of individuals that are constantly improving product and process, and most of all, they enjoy having a good time. We work hard; we play harder! All in all, I am happy to be a part of quite an awesome team. It has been a lot of fun so far and I look forward to our continued success and growth.
Outside of work, I wear many hats—I am a Lego builder, a Play-Doh sculptor, a ball girl, DJ, and a chef to my fun and active toddler. When I am not being chased with a water gun or watching Toy Story for the 500th time, I enjoy rolling up my sleeves for DIY and artsy projects, hanging outdoors on the beach, laying poolside, and sitting around the fire pit in the backyard with friends and family. Once in a while, you can also find me relaxing and binge-watching an entire series during some extra free time—whenever that is.
My goal in life is to travel the world—I guess you could say I am a wanderlust. I am fascinated by other areas of the world and imagine it would be quite an experience to see it all; the people, the landscapes, the architecture, the culture, and most importantly, the food. Working with a location-independent company surely makes this even more possible!
