First things first—my last name is Norwegian, and it’s pronounced Mee-Aht-Vet. It’s like if you put a Miata and a Corvette together if that helps.

Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, I am currently living in the beautiful town of Macungie with my rambunctious fur kids (two orange tabby cats), Charlie and Teddy. I graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.S. in business management and have gained experience in an array of different job functions and industries since then.

Through my interactions with everyone here at Forge3, I’ve come to realize this is a very special company. From their exceptional success and growth to the accolades they’ve achieved, as well as their commitment to their employees and healthy company culture, it is evident that this is an organization that prides itself on doing things the right way. I have always enjoyed connecting with and helping others, and I look forward to doing the same as a Client Experience Manager here at Forge3.

When I’m not working, you can probably find me spending time at my favorite local brewery, DIY-ing something around the house, or goofing around with my family. I have a knack for organizing/decorating and I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, and cheering on my favorite Philadelphia sports teams (despite the seemingly never-ending disappointment).

When I was nine years old, I went to Norway to visit extended family. I hiked the snowy Norwegian fjords and visited my family’s ancestral island, Mjatveit.
