I’m not one to toot our own horn, but I’ll make an exception on this one. Forge3 is now certified as a Great Place to Work company! 🎉
But, it’s not just me saying it. Last month, our entire team participated in confidential surveying conducted by an objective third party. Questions focused on company culture, team communication, and other benefits. After the results were tallied and reviewed, we were officially named a Great Place to Work!
Personally, I found the anonymous team member feedback most interesting and rewarding. Here are just a few snippets.

Overall, getting certified as a Great Place to Work was an awesome experience. It not only validates what those of us at Forge3 already feel, but it also helps show future Forge3’ers what we’re all about. That’s good, because Jillia, Kassie, Michelle, Becky, and Steph are starting in a few weeks!
