At the beginning of 2017, I promised the entire team a trip to Naples, FL if we hit our goals. Well, not only did we hit those goals, but we flew by them.
So, this past weekend, we packed our bags and headed south for a few days to celebrate! It was AWESOME. So much fun.

More than a few people have asked me why we do stuff like this for the entire team.
My question is, “Why not?!”
Being part of a fast-growing company like Forge3 is hard work! Why work so hard to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the insurance industry without taking a few days to reflect, recharge, and reset? A little fun never hurt anyone, has it?!
