Your new Client Portal is a convenient option to offer 24/7 access to common client service requests. Here’s an overview of the various forms included in your ActiveAgency website.

Report Claim, Request Policy Change, Request Certificate, Request Auto ID Card
These common forms are front and center. Each one asks for just enough information to get the process started, but can also be customized as desired. Once submitted, the forms are emailed into your agency.

Pay Bill
We typically link this page to a listing of insurance carriers with direct links to pay bills. However, we can also add the ability for you to securely accept credit card payments directly within your ActiveAgency website. This is a great solution for any consultative or other services you may offer.

Policy Review
Also known as the Annual Review Form, this is a nice way to capture information before the renewal date arrives. The form has “smarts” built into it and asks relevant questions based on your client’s insurance needs. As with all of the forms in ActiveAgency, we can easily edit it to best suit your needs.
